Overview

The Terrain Advocate plays a vital role in the individuals healthy journey and in implementing the Metabolic Approach. Often being the initial guiding hand the Terrain Advocate assists in kick-starting the health journey, directing valuable resources, and aiding in assembling the team of expert practitioners to support the healing process.

As a Terrain Advocate, one serves as a:

  • Translator: assisting clients in comprehending their physician's advice and recommendations.

  • Bridge: connecting physicians and patients, fostering better communication.

  • Navigator: guiding patients through their unique cancer journey.

  • Educator: informing and empowering about the why and what can be done.

Terrain Ten

Our approach focuses on transforming the cancer terrain (the patient’s body and environment) by addressing key elements that play a crucial role in prevention and healing.

We identified the top ten of these elements which we call the Terrain Ten™

Genetic, epigenetic, and nutrigenomic modifications

2

Blood sugar balance

3

Toxic burden management

4

Repopulating and balancing the microbiome

5

Immune system maximization

6

Modulating inflammation and oxidative stress

7

Enhancing blood circulation while inhibiting angiogenesis and metastasis

8

Establishing hormone balance

9

Recalibrating stress levels and biorhythms

10

Enhancing mental and emotional well-being

We review in depth how to Test, Assess, Address™ each of these terrain areas so that you have more tools to help you heal more patients.

What happens after I gradute?

Do I need to have a medical background to take this course?

After taking this course will I have the skills to work in the health care industry?

Will this course empower me to consult with people on prevention?

How will this program be different than other health coaching programs?

How is this course different from other cancer patient advocate programs?

If I am a nurse, will this program be beneficial?

If I do not take this course, can I still advocate with a terrain-based practitioner?

Will you guarantee me a job after I graduate?

I have learned so much in the Terrain Advocate Program, and what I love is, Dr. Nasha sees the whole person. She looks at all the labs, she looks at their lifestyle, she looks at their genetics, she looks at their emotional and spiritual and mental states – because it's all connected. She looks at the whole person to understand their entire Terrain, and that's what I would love to see the future of medicine move towards. This Advocate Program is helping me be part of that and helping make it possible, so if you want to make a difference, if you want to help people make more informed decisions about their health and how to treat their disease, I highly recommend this program.
